About Us

Dr. Bill Richie has been providing pain relief and Chiropractic services in the Springfield area since 1998 with Richie Chiropractic.  In July 2016 Dr. Richie took advantage of the opportunity to join our team at Westside Pain Clinic.  In addition to being proficient at many different Chiropractic techniques, Dr.
Richie is an expert at locating and correcting soft tissue dysfunction which is a leading cause of chronic pain.  By utilizing a combination of various soft tissue techniques such as Fascial Manipulation, Graston Technique, and Myofascial Release along with traditional Chiropractic manipulation Dr. Richie is confident that he can find a solution to your pain relief needs.

Dr. Keenan Gilpin was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. After high school, Dr. Gilpin attended Eastern Illinois University for his undergraduate education.  He went on to receiove a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Logan College of Chiropractic.  He is trained in a wide array of Chiropractic techniques including; Reinhardt Diversified, Logan Basic, Thompson, and Gonstead techniques.  Dr. Gilpin has also been trained on the latest physical therapy modalities as well as Cold Laser Therapy.

On a personal note, Dr. Gilpin played on the 2005 & 2006 Sacred Heart Griffin state high school football championship teams.  He is determined to bring the same passion and dedication needed to win to two state championships to his Chiropractic practice.  Dr. Gilpin is an avid outdoorsman, where he spends most of his free time hunting and fishing.

Dr. Kyle Nevill looks at the body as a whole when caring for his patients. He believes that when given the right tools the body has the ability to heal itself. He focuses on working with the patient to reach their personal goal of pain relief, rehabilitation, or general wellness. Dr. Nevill has acquired training and continues to stay up to date on the latest technology involved with chiropractic and acupuncture. Dr. Nevill uses chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and a series of muscle stretching techniques to serve people of every age. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Dr. Nevill is excited to return to his home town to better serve his community.

Amanda has been part of the Westside Pain Clinic team since 2016. She is originally from Springfield and graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Health Science in 2013. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys cooking, traveling, and meeting every dog she sees.
